1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 413 N State St, Crooksville, OH 43731, United States. They govern your use of our website at www.grubonwh.shop (the "Site") and your engagement with our food service operations, including dining, carryout, catering, and events.

By using the Site, placing an order, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Who We Are

Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS LLC is an Ohio limited liability company operating food service businesses across multiple formats, including full-service and limited-service restaurants, buffets and cafeterias, on-premise bakeries and snack counters, coffee and beverage bars, refreshment stands, and catering and mobile food service.

3. Our Services

3.1 Service Formats

We provide food service in the following formats, subject to availability:

• Full-service dining — tableside restaurant service in formats including diners, family restaurants, steakhouses, pizzerias, brew pubs, and fine dining;
• Limited-service dining — counter service, fast food, fast casual, carryout, takeout, drive-in, delivery, delicatessen, sandwich and sub shop formats;
• Buffets and cafeterias — buffet service and cafeteria operations at fixed locations and venues;
• Bakery and refreshment — on-premise baking and carryout, coffee shops, juice and smoothie bars, ice cream and frozen treats, snack bars, canteens, and refreshment stands;
• Catering and mobile service — event catering, mobile food service, and private bookings.

3.2 Availability and Accuracy

Menus, service formats, hours, and availability change with season, supply, and schedule. The Site describes our general service scope; specific offerings at any location or event may differ and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

4. Orders, Pricing & Bookings

4.1 Orders

Orders placed in person, by phone, or through the Site are requests, not confirmed contracts. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including supply constraints, capacity, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at the point of sale. Service charges, gratuities, or delivery fees where applicable will be disclosed before confirmation.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for catering or event bookings. We do not store full payment card details — payment is processed by our third-party payment providers.

4.4 Site Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create a booking or order. Inquiries are requests for information or estimates; we respond with availability and pricing, and any engagement is finalized separately.

5. Catering & Event Terms

5.1 Quotes and Confirmations

Catering and event services are provided under written estimates or contracts. A booking is not confirmed until we issue written acceptance and any required deposit is received.

5.2 Deposits and Cancellations

Bookings may require a deposit to reserve dates, staffing, and ingredients. Cancellation terms — including deposit refunds or forfeitures, and charges for already-purchased ingredients or reserved staffing — are set in the individual contract for each event.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

For events, the client is responsible for accurate headcounts, access to the venue, required permits for the location, and informing us of dietary requirements in a timely way. Changes requested after menu planning may incur additional charges.

5.4 Leftovers and Perishables

Food safety rules apply to food left at events. We may decline to leave perishable items where safe storage cannot be assured.

6. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our kitchens handle common allergens — including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish — and cross-contact is possible in shared preparation environments. Dietary and allergen information on menus or provided in response to inquiries is offered in good faith based on ingredient knowledge at the time.

7. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms;
• Interfere with the Site's operation, probe its security, or introduce malicious code;
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-collect content or contact data from the Site;
• Impersonate the Company or another person, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Use the Site in a way that could damage our operations or reputation.

We may block access for users who violate these rules and take legal action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — text, graphics, layout, photographs, logos, and design elements — are owned by or licensed to Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, distributing, or repurposing Site content without written permission is prohibited.

"Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS" and related marks are identifiers of the Company. Their use does not grant any license.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site may reference third-party services — delivery platforms, payment processors, maps, review sites, or booking tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their terms, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Site content is informational — menus, hours, formats, and service details may change without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Z&C'S GRUB ON WHEELS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
